Yes I haz demz
Currently I am sitting in a rather comfortable leather chair biding my time until the CES New York Press Preview event at the Metropolitan Pavilion starts up. Its the kind of event where you know people will want to shake your hand get your eyes on a product because these are the people who want first bite into the mind share of the Holiday shopper. I’m not quite sure what I will see at this event. Could be simple gadgets and bobbles ranging from point and shoot cameras to small media connectors for networking televisions to a home DLNA media server. I’m not quite sure, for this is my first consumer electronics trade show event. It’s exciting for me, the kinda anticipation I had when I was eight, waiting for the mandatory 10AM embargo my mother put on me an my sisters for opening up presents on Christmas morning. The one thing that still tickles me pink from my new found press status is this, I can fully say with the a smirk on my face, “Badges? yes I haz demz”
