The Plan8 podcast had the pleasure of having a skype interview with actor, internet podcast host, and over all cool geeky guys, Jeff Cannata (Twitter).
Raised in California, he graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1999 with a BFA in theater. Cannata has been acting since 2000 and has appeared in movies, commercials and theater. He became the co-host of the geek culture review podcast “The Totally Rad Show” (2) in March 2007. He is also an improv comedian, performing with the group “The Returning Champs“. Jeff also is a member of the cast of the online dark comedy podcast “Very Angry Neighbors“. Cannata has also began appearing on the World of Warcraft video guide series Project Lore.

The Plan8 podcast had the pleasure of having a skype interview with the super geeky internet celeb Veronica Belmont. Veronica is the co-host of Revision3’s tech-centric show, Tekzilla, and Qore on the PLAYSTATION Network. Previous to that, she hosted several other online video shows and podcasts, including Mahalo Daily, Buzz Out Loud, MP3 Insider, and Crave. She also created tech video content for CNET TV, including the popular series Prizefight.
Veronica frequently guest hosts other technology-related podcasts, and also speaks about technology, gaming, and social networking. In her spare time, she hosts the science fiction and fantasy-themed podcast / book club The Sword and Laser. She currently resides in San Francisco, with one technology writer and two cats. She attended Emerson College, B.A. in Audio/Radio, focus in New Media studies.
